Every cult needs a trusted advisor to prevent it from turning into a 3-part Netflix documentary. That's why we have our Hobbit-like side kick, Ann.

Ben Personal Trainer Cult Leader Bridge Workout

Cult Leader

A few facts about Ben, he's 6'5", he spent five years of his twenties travelling the world, and he likes Batman more than any man in his thirties probably should. Like Batman, Ben sought out mentors during his travels and acquired many skills and knowledge, but ultimately, he learned that the world doesn't cater for tall people, especially not the fitness world.

In an attempt to rectify that, he created Ben's Bodies. A place where tall people can learn how to maintain a fit and healthy body as they age and the methods that work best for their larger frames.

The Mage of Marketing

Although she's not a lofty lord at 5'2", Ann brings over 20 years of brand and marketing expertise from global corporations and technology giants to our humble Ben's Bodies.

She may be small in stature but has a big passion for helping impact-driven founders and early stage startups bring their brand visions to life - even if it is building a cult.

An avid traveller, eater of foods, trier of new things and ice bath enthusiast - the latter making her known as the Ice Queen amongst some circles.

Our Vision

To create a platform tailored to tall men's unique requirements and eliminate the learning curve to getting results.

"Ben was my trainer for over a year right up to his move Down Under. We started in the dark days of COVID lockdowns and Dec/Jan mornings; hence, genuinely, it was his total positivity, both on the gym front and for life in general, that helped my fitness and sanity through those tough times.

The sessions and how they evolved were entirely suited to my goals - mostly core and strength work post a back injury I had a few years prior - and tailored to my capabilities.

Ben quickly understood me and has a great understanding of the biology and body mechanics involved, which he could explain in simple terms. Together, this gave me confidence in all his recommendations."
