The Cult, umm...
we mean Community
Why do we call ourselves "The Cult"? Well, you see, we leaned into the fact that every fitness influencer on social media has a cult-like following, even when they’re not that good at what they do.
Most of the time, they promise the world only to let you down after you've handed over your hard-earned money because they care more about their status than getting you results.
So we just figured, why not start as we mean to go on by building "The Cult", a place that gives its f̶o̶l̶l̶o̶w̶e̶r̶s̶ members lasting results and ongoing support.
Welcome to Ben’s Bodies "The Cult", where the only sacrifice is your excuses (... and a small 4-weekly fee. Effigies aren't cheap, you know!)
WHY JOIN The Cult?
✔ Unquestioning Devotion - to getting stronger, not to some weird leader. Ok, we're a little bit weird here.
✔ Sacred Rituals - also known as workouts, but with more fun and fewer robes.
✔ A Higher Purpose - your fitness goals and greater mobility, not summoning ancient beings.
✔ Brotherhood, Gainzhood, Community - because no one should suffer alone.
what's the initiation process?
1️⃣ Show up - no blood oath required.
2️⃣ Sweat - but in a fun, slightly masochistic way.
3️⃣ Celebrate - because post-workout bliss is real.
4️⃣ Convert others - aka, bring your friends so they can suffer too!
Hit the button below to get started. No long-term contracts, no weird rituals - just good vibes, great workouts, and a leader that actually cares.
I may have set a world record for my height, but it’s nothing compared to the records I set in the gym with The Cult.

I'm used to working with an in-person trainer. Will an online coach work for me?Yes. If you are motivated, you will get as much from this service, possibly more, than with an in-person trainer. Although we won't physically be with you during your sessions, it'll be like having us in your pocket, thanks to the app. The exercise videos will help ensure you lift weights with proper form. You can message via the app if you need clarity on anything. And our weekly check-ins will provide you with the necessary accountability to keep you on the right track. The app

What are your structured systems? Our clients already have enough on their plates without the overwhelm of fitness jargon being thrown at them on top. We have pulled from our two decades of combined knowledge and experience and condensed the important stuff into bite-size information. We deliver it to you in a way that's easy to understand and implement in your daily life, avoiding any information overload.
-
How does the direct debit work? You can cancel any time at no additional cost. Your billing cycle will occur monthly on the same day as your start date with Ben's Bodies.
-
Is there a minimum commitment? We encourage you to stick with us for at least 12-weeks, as this is a journey, not a race. It will take time to create new habits and implement long-lasting lifestyle changes. However, we don't want you to feel trapped if you do not see value in our service. Because of that, you can cancel at any time at no additional cost.
-
I've taken a long time away from exercise. Will this work for me?Yes, is the short answer. With the way we have structured our approach, we can help anyone from beginners to advanced lifters. Even if you have no exercise experience, we can take you on a journey to becoming an advanced athlete in a year.

What is the 1-2-1 Online Coaching plan? This is the tailored, bespoke service where Ben will work with you personally 1-2-1. Your training plans and nutritional guidance will be more specific to your needs and goals. And there are weekly accountability check-ins. Spaces for this are limited to ensure the quality of service is of a high standard and value for money is provided.
-
Do I need access to a gym or equipment? No. In fact, we've helped people lose weight who really dislike the gym. Whatever your circumstances, there is a plan in place for you.
-
How many days per week should I train? This will depend entirely on you and your schedule. We discuss your availability before we begin working together and devise a plan that fits your lifestyle. However, you can get great results training as little as 3-4 days per week as a general rule.
-
How do my training plans evolve? If you did the same thing week after week, unless anything changes to your training plan, at some point, you'd plateau. To avoid this, your plans will change in one way or another every month. We apply training principles to your training plans to ensure you continue progressing for the entirety of your time working with us.
-
Do you provide meal plans? We do not. We teach you how to eat, not what to eat. While meal plans have their positives, the downside is that they can create a black and white way of thinking about food. People often fall into the trap of being 'on plan' or 'off plan'. Meaning if they consume something that isn't on the plan, the day becomes a write off and anything goes. Instead, we provide you with recipes and a 'build it yourself' meal planner that allows for freedom with food choices and education at the same time.
-
Do I have to track calories? While tracking calories effectively achieves a weight gain/loss goal, we appreciate that it's not for everyone. For some, it can create an unhealthy relationship with food, and if that's the case, we will use a different approach. Although it might mean a slower rate of change to your weight, we'd constantly adjust your strategy to ensure a weekly rate of weight change was occurring for you.

Why only men?At Ben’s Bodies, we believe that great coaching comes from real, lived experience. As a tall guy himself, Ben understands the unique challenges men face when it comes to training, mobility, and strength. His approach is built on what has personally worked for him and countless others like him. By focusing on men, we’re able to create a space tailored to their needs, helping them move better, train smarter, and build real, lasting strength. This isn’t about exclusion - it’s about expertise, and making sure we deliver the best possible results for the people we know we can help the most.
