Why listen to me?

My name is Ben and I am a 6'5" coach with over 20 years of trial and error, anecdotal experience, research and 10 years of coaching a wide range of clients under my belt. 

The complimentary 14-day workshop was put together because I wished something like this existed when I started working out.

 

Over 14 days, I will help you improve your flexibility and highlight the many difficulties being tall brings regarding exercise, nutrition and recovery. 

 

My goal is to provide you with value and demonstrate how I, as a coach, can help you stay fit and healthy long into the future.
